【摘要】:Instructuralsealantglazingsystems,thesealantfunctionsasthestructuraladhesiveandmayalsofunctionastheprimaryweatherseal.Asthestructuraladhesive,theintegrityoftheadhesivebondiscritical.Changesincolorandadhesionafterexposurearetwoofthecriteriathatcanbeusedtodeterminethecompatibilityofthesystem.Experiencehasshownthataccessoriesthatcauselossofadhesionordiscolorationinthistestmethodmayalsocausetheseoccurrencesinactualuse.1.1Thistestmethodcoversalaboratoryscreeningprocedurefordeterminingthecompatibilityofliquid-appliedstructuralsealantglazingsealantswhenincontactwithaccessoriessuchasdryglazinggaskets,spacers,shims,andsettingblocksafterexposuretoheatandultravioletlight.1.2Thistestmethodincludestheobservationofthreeparametersasfollows:1.2.1Changesinthecolorofthesealant,1.2.2Changesintheadhesionofthesealanttoglass,and1.2.3Changesintheadhesionofthesealanttotheaccessorybeingtested.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1Atthistime,nocomparableISOstandardexists.
