【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheconditionsforcarryingouttorque/clampforcetestsonthreadedfastenersandrelatedparts.Itisapplicable,basically,tobolts,screws,studsandnutsmadeofcarbonsteelandalloysteel,whosemechanicalpropertiesarespecifiedinISO898-1,ISO898-2orISO898-6,havingISOmetricthreadswiththreadsizesM3toM39.ItisalsoapplicabletothecombinationofotherexternallyandinternallythreadedfastenerswithatriangularISOthreadaccordingtoISO68-1.Itisnotapplicabletosetscrewsandsimilarthreadedfastenersthatarenotundertensilestresses,nortoscrewswhichformtheirownmatingthreadorthreadedfastenershavingadditionalself-lockingfeatures.Unlessotherwiseagreed,thetestsarecarriedoutatroomtemperature.However,testscarriedoutunderstandardconditionsaremadeatatemperatureof10°Cto35°C.Thismethodallowsdeterminationofthetighteningcharacteristicsofthreadedfastenersandrelatedparts.
