【摘要】:ISO17556:2003specifiesamethodfordeterminingtheultimateaerobicbiodegradabilityofplasticmaterialsinsoilbymeasuringtheoxygendemandinaclosedrespirometerortheamountofcarbondioxideevolved.Themethodisdesignedtoyieldanoptimumdegreeofbiodegradationbyadjustingthehumidityofthetestsoil.Ifanon-adaptedsoilisusedasaninoculum,thetestsimulatesthebiodegradationprocesseswhichtakeplaceinanaturalsoilenvironment;ifapre-exposedsoilisused,themethodcanbeusedtoinvestigatethepotentialbiodegradabilityofatestmaterial.Thismethodappliestothefollowingmaterials:Naturaland/orsyntheticpolymers,copolymersormixturesofthese.Plasticmaterialswhichcontainadditivessuchasplasticizersorcolorants.Water-solublepolymers.Materialswhich,underthetestconditions,donotinhibittheactivityofthemicroorganismspresentinthesoil.Inhibitoryeffectscanbemeasuredusinganinhibitioncontrolorbyanothersuitablemethod(seee.g.ISO8192).Ifthetestmaterialinhibitsthemicroorganismsinthesoil,alowertestmaterialconcentration,anothertypeofsoilorapre-exposedsoilcanbeused.
