【摘要】:Replacement:ThispartofIEC61558dealswithsafetyaspectsofseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformerssuchaselectrical,thermalandmechanicalsafety.ThisPart2-1isapplicabletoseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingbothseparatingtransformersandelectroniccircuits.ThisPart2-1isnotapplicabletoexternalcircuitsandtheircomponentsintendedtobeconnectedtotheinputterminals,outputterminalsorsocket-outletsofthetransformersandpowersupplies.ThisPart2-1doesnotapplytotransformerscoveredbyIEC60076-11.ThisPart2-1appliestostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpolyphase,air-cooled(naturalorforced)independentandassociatedseparatingtransformersandpowersupplies,havingaratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.,aratedsupplyandinternaloperatingfrequencynotexceeding500Hz.Theratedoutputdoesnotexceed:–1kVAforsingle-phaseseparatingtransformersandsingle-phasepowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformers;–5kVAforpoly-phaseseparatingtransformersandpoly-phasepowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformers.ThisPart2-1isapplicabletoseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformerswithoutlimitationoftheratedoutputsubjecttoanagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.ThisPart2-1isapplicabletodry-typetransformers.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated.Theno-loadoutputvoltageortheratedoutputvoltagedoesnotexceed1000Va.c.or1415Vripple-freed.c.Forindependentseparatingtransformersandindependentpowersupplies,theno-loadoutputvoltageand/ortheratedoutputvoltageisnotlessthan50Va.c.,or120Vripple-freed.c.SeparatingtransformerscoveredbythisPart2-1areusedonlyinapplicationswheredoubleorreinforcedinsulationbetweencircuitsisnotrequiredbytheinstallationrulesorbytheendproductstandard.NOTE1Normally,theseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformersareintendedtobeusedwithequipmenttoprovidevoltagesdifferentfromthesupplyvoltageforthefunctionalrequirementsoftheequipment.Theprotectionagainstelectricshockmaybeprovided(orcompleted)byotherfeaturesoftheequipment,suchasthebody.Partsofoutputcircuitsmaybeconnectedtotheinputcircuitsortoprotectiveearth.ThisPart2-1isapplicabletoseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformersassociatedwithspecificequipment,totheextentdecideduponbytherelevantIECtechnicalcommittees.NOTE2Attentionisdrawntothefollowing:–forseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformersintendedtobeusedinvehicles,onboardships,andaircraft,additionalrequirements(fromotherapplicablestandards,nationalrules,etc.)maybenecessary;–measurestoprotecttheenclosureandthecomponentsinsidetheenclosureagainstexternalinfluencessuchasfungus,vermin,termites,solar-radiation,andicingshouldalsobeconsidered;–thedifferentconditionsfortransportation,storage,andoperationoftheseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformersshouldalsobeconsidered;–additionalrequirementsinaccordancewithotherappropriatestandardsandnationalrulesmaybeapplicabletoseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformersintendedforuseinspecialenvironments,suchastropicalenvironment.NOTE3Futuretechnologicaldevelopmentofseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformersmaynecessitateaneedtoincreasetheupperlimitofthefrequencies,untilthenthisPart2-1maybeusedasaguidancedocument.
