【摘要】:Thisclassificationcoverspairsofscales(see)forclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsformanageability.Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales(see)areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScalesummarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.Thematchingentryinthefacilityratingscaleisatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(see)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanning,toestimateapproximately,quickly,andeconomically,howwellanofficefacilityislikelytomeettheneedsofoneoranothertypeofoccupantgroup,overtime.Theentriesarenotformeasuring,knowing,orevaluatinghowanofficefacilityisperforming.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceability,butdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
